Kurosch Daniel Habibi gained professional experience in various positions in investment banking, including at J.P. Morgan, in strategy consulting and at Procter & Gamble in Geneva, before coming to Berlin to work in digital companies. In 2016, he co-founded CARL with Pascal Stichler and built the company operationally as co-CEO until he joined the company's advisory board in 2023.

Daniel Schenk looks back on more than 20 years of experience in the field of Mergers & Acquisitions. He has been involved in over 90 transactions in Germany and the US - as well as co-founder of two leading M&A advisory firms. Since the merger between DoubleDigit Group and CARL in 2023 he acts as Managing Director of CARL.

Pascal Stichler studied industrial engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). He started his career at the technology company Freudenberg and subsequently in strategy consulting at McKinsey & Company. In 2016, he co-founded CARL with Kurosch Habibi and, as co-CEO, was responsible for the Technology and Product divisions until he joined the Advisory Board in 2023.
